We have some customer projects as well as internal projects which allows us to send mask from time to time. Hence we provide foundry broker services which will facilitate you to share the mask with us. This option is advantageous in the sense that it’s economical and you can reserve and pay for only the amount of space you need on the wafer. Our design services enables fast creation of custom RFIC designs fabricated on the world’s leading process technologies at very affordable rates.

RFIC Solutions Inc. is also offering low cost foundry services in co-operation with the foundries we work with. We send designs for fabrication at regular intervals. Besides sending our own designs and customer funded projects we would like to share some area of our wafer with others.

Choosing RFIC Foundry brokering services, allows you to fabricate your RFIC's at low cost in comparison with directly going to the foundry to fabricate your IC’s, since you need to pay only for the area you reserve on our mask. Our fabrication charges are typically based on area used on the wafer and the fabrication cost charged to us by the foundry.

RFIC Solutions has worked closely with Triquint’s Foundry and Jazz Foundry and sent its mask out on the latest GaAs E/D p-HEMT TQPED process and SBC 0.18 µm SiGe BiCMOS. We have one of the best foundries like Win, Jazz, Triquint, TSMC, and GCS. Interested companies can send their own chips on the same wafer & are requested to contact us as soon as possible to reserve the space on our mask.
