Design Services:

We offer RFIC and module design services for your system requirements using number of IC processes including GaAs, AlGaAs, Silicon, Silicon Germanium and other processes for RFICs.

1) MMIC, RFIC Design Services:
We can design MMIC and RFIC chipsets for WLAN, WiMax, PCS and cellular application. RFIC are developed using GaAs, SiGe, AlGaAs and Si semiconductor processes using pHEMT, HBT and MESFET devices.
RFIC Solution Inc. interacts closely with its customers, discussing their requirements in detail and having back and forth communication throughout the design process in refining and developing MMICs. Thus we help you to optimize the cost, size and performance along with minimizing the product development cycle time.

2) RF Modules/Board design:
We can provide you with RF Front-end Modules, MCM’s (Multi chip Modules) and other RF Modules/Board designed as per your requirements. Below is the the block diagram of a front end module we are currently working on.

3) System Design Services:
We can do complete RF system simulation and design for your system requirements. We have experience in working with many wireless systems including cellular and PCS systems, WiFi system, RFID system, WiMax and Broadband wireless systems. We can also help with deployment of WiFi, WiMax and other broadband wireless systems and RFID systems.

We have a regular procedure like preliminary design review (PDR) and critical design review (CDR) with simulations done on ADS, Cadence, AWR and Eagleware and layout on IC Edit, whatever is appropriate for a design. GaAs based designs are done mostly on combination of ADS and AWR; SiGe based designs are done on Cadence and AWR. We have very good testing facility so we can ship fully tested ICs anywhere in the world, as our motto is to deliver state of art products at the lowest possible cost giving you the optimum performance.

Intellectual Property:

RFIC Solutions Inc. develops and offers design support for all our RF IPs. These include re-usable IP blocks for WLAN , WiMax , PCS and Cellular Systems . Blocks which are available are Power Amplifiers, LNA’s, Mixers, IF Amplifiers ,Oscillators, Gain Blocks and filters . In addition, we provide customized designs for all the above blocks.

Designers can implement these parameterized blocks of Intellectual Property (IP) easily, reducing design and test time.
