Dr. Sanjay Moghe, CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
	Dr.Sanjay Moghe, has spent about 30 years in the RF Wireless Industry. Prior to this, he was Co-founder, CTO of RF Solutions, a leader in WiFi RF chips (acquired by Anadigics). Dr. Moghe, has helped to raise $17M funding in his last company, managed engineering organizations with 40+ engineers in large and small companies (Raytheon, Avantek, Northrop Grumman, ADC telecom, Micro Linear etc.). Throughout his career he has developed 600+ RF IC products using SiGe, GaAs (MESFET, PHEMT, HBT), BiCMOS technologies. He has been granted 6 patents, published 45 papers in international journals, chaired many conferences. He obtained his PhD EE (RPI), MS Physics from University of Louisville (USA). Dr. Moghe, is also active in 802-xx and other standards bodies, Chaired the 802.16 PHY group for unlicensed band (2000-2001).
Kausik Mandal, Vice President (VP)-Business Development
	Kausik has 15 years of experience in the Global Semiconductor Industry (RF, Analog, Digital). At NXP Europe, he has driven $70m RF Business Portfolio Globally. During this tenure, he has driven & steered RF product Introductions Globally in GaAs (pHEMT), SiGe & RF CMOS technologies. These include RF front end Modules, RF MMICs, Microwave MMICs & Transceivers, Antenna Switches, RF small signal Building Blocks, etc. Prior to his current position, Kausik was at Silicon Hive B.V. a Start up on Reconfigurable Processors (for Digital RF, Wireless & Media applications) funded by Intel Capital, Philips. A True Global citizen: Lived & Worked in France, Netherlands, China, Singapore & India. He was instrumental in introducing world’s first Integrated IC for Satellite Broadcasting outdoor unit in BiCMOS technology. He received his MBA from University of Leicester, UK and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, India
Kiran Bhatt, Vice President(VP)-Operations
	Kiran has 32 years of experience in the semiconductor field at fabless and with fab IC companies. He has spent last twenty years at small and start-up companies. He Has Started, built, managed and directed process, foundry management, technology development, product and test engineering groups of various sizes for digital, analog & mixed-signal, and RF/wireless products/technologies. Experience with Bipolar and state-of-art CMOS & BiCMOS technologies in Si & SiGe. Strategize, developed and managed business and engineering relationships with foundry, test and assembly partners. Previously worked at National Semiconductor, Advanced Micro Devices, Phillips / Signetics and Micro Linear corporations.
