All these designs are being done on GaAs pHEMT, InGap/GaAs HBT technology. These IPs are designed for WLAN, WiMax, Cellular and other Wireless applications. All these blocks are available as IPs and can be modified according to customer needs.

We offer design services in MMIC for others processes like SiGe, InGap/ GaAs, InP, Si utilizing MESFET, HBT and pHEMT devices.
