Description

ARNAUD01 is a frequency converter chip which operates over wide frequency range and is optimized for RF frequency 24-30 GHz and is designed using 0.1um GaAs pHEMT process.It includes a LNA, Image reject Down conversion mixer, LO reject Up conversion mixer, Driver Amplifier, LO Buffer Amplifier and a frequency multiplier.

The ARNAUD01 in TX mode, typically provides 18 dBm of output Power from 24-30 GHz at –20 dBm of input IF (5-6 GHz) power and has a conversion gain of 22 dB and OTOI of 28 dBm.The ARNAUD01 in RX mode, typically provides high linearity over thr RF band with IIP3 of -2 dBm at -30 dBm of RF input power and has a conversion gain of 27 dB.

The ARNAUD01 has an additional feature of built in test consist of RSSI and TSSI to check the signal strength of the system.
